Here are a few of our favorite looks from Sachin + Babi's fall 2011 collection, one of the lines that will be upstairs for a trunk show during Fall Opening 2011, July 29 and 30. We really love this season's combination of tough, military-inspired elements with clean, minimalist shapes.
Sachin and Babi Ahluwalia had years of experience in the field of luxury textiles before launching their ready-to-wear collection (they're the team responsible for much of the unique textiles and couture hand-embroideries used by some of the industry's most celebrated fashion houses). Make plans to see the entire collection, and the incredible detail of their work, during Fall Opening. This will be one of seven second floor ready-to-wear trunk shows that weekend.
